Returns Policy

If you are missing an item from your order or any items are deemed to be faulty or incorrect, we will at the discretion of Copic Australia either arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

Where goods are claimed to be faulty or incorrect, a return authorisation number is required. Stock cannot be returned without prior approval (including defective goods). Returns approval requests will only be processed if sought within 10 days of the date on the invoice and all returns must have an approved return authorisation number from Copic Australia before being returned (to report a return and obtain a return authorisation number email sales@copic.com.au). Where approval is granted, the stock must be returned in saleable condition, in original packaging and with no markings.

Where a refund is provided, funds will be returned onto the credit card for which payment was made in the original transaction.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind. This includes when a customer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has bought a gift that is unsuitable, or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods or if the customer is unable to provide proof of when and where the item was purchased.
