Shipping Policy

The following shipping policy applies for orders delivered within Australia only.

Copic Australia offers FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more.

For orders under $100 a flat rate shipping of $12.50 is available.

For orders including bulky, hazardous, dangerous or flammable items a flat rate shipping charge of $25.00 applies.
Items requiring this special freight arrangement are marked with the caution symbol on the left. A note will also appear in the shopping cart on the relevant items. 

All shipments are offered as standard road freight. Copic Australia reserves the right to select a suitable carrier and service.

Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. If no one is available to receive the goods, the delivery driver will take the parcel to the nearest post office or designated collection point for collection by the purchaser.

For deliveries to a PO Box or parcel locker, a signature will be required upon collection.

If you would prefer your order to be left unattended, please leave a note in the Notes section on the shopping cart page. By requesting an unattended delivery, the purchaser accepts full responsibility for the goods once they have been left by the driver.

All risk and responsibility for unattended deliveries pass to the purchaser once the goods have been left at the nominated delivery address.

Orders will be shipped from Melbourne within 2 working days. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. The following is a guide only.
